Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Since we use Cash on Delivery, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred method (bank transfer, etc.).

❌ What can't be returned?

We accept most items, but returns won’t be accepted if:

• The item is used, damaged, or not in original condition

• It's been more than 7 days since delivery
